Pahine Foods has recently established a Macademia Orchard along with a Pine Nut planatation at Karaka near Auckland, New Zealand. The Macademias produced their first (very small number) nuts in 2020. Commercial volumes are likely to start around 2023. While the Pinenuts are likely to produce after 2026.

We are also establishing connections with a number of single-source spray-free cacao suppliers. We look to be supplying a full flavour cacao suitable for unsweetened "hot chocolate" in the near future.

In the meantime, we already have a great single-source hot chocolate in house and also produce a great range of gluten free baking for our own consumption.
